Volunteer

Plans and coordinates ministry events, including retreats, conferences, workshops, community programs, and special events. Responsible for event logistics, scheduling, registration, vendors, volunteers, communications, and day-of-event coordination.

Supports the spiritual growth, development, and engagement of teenagers through Bible studies, fellowship, outreach, and engaging activities. Develops SEL activities that encourage communication, confidence, and healthy decision-making.

Supports the spiritual, educational, social, and emotional development of children. We are seeking individuals with professional experience in education, nursing, social work, juvenile services, counseling, or childcare.

Prepares and/or serves food for ministry events while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality. Appropriate food-service certification or licensing required.

Supports the planning, coordination, and presentation of Christ-centered entertainment — comedy, music, theater, dance, spoken word — identifying talented, faith-aligned performers for our events.

Promotes ministry events and activities across social media platforms. Creates and shares engaging content, graphics, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.

Assists with the transportation, setup, breakdown, and organization of equipment and materials for ministry events. Must be dependable, physically capable, and willing to work as part of a team.

Provides a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for ministry events. Monitors entrances and event areas, assists with crowd awareness and emergency procedures. Security, law enforcement, or military background preferred.

Provides professional expertise and strategic insight to support the Board of Directors and organizational leadership — governance, finance, legal, business, education, technology, HR, or marketing.

Supports the development and coordination of sponsorship opportunities. Identifies potential sponsors and builds relationships with businesses and community partners to secure financial or in-kind support.

Researches and identifies grant opportunities aligned with the ministry’s mission. Develops grant proposals, narratives, budgets, and supporting documents to help secure funding.

Play keyboard, drums, guitar, or other instruments to serve at community outreach events. Seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals passionate about using their musical gifts to support our outreach ministry.

Provides sound and audio support for outreach events — setup, operation, monitoring, and breakdown of equipment. Experience or willingness to learn audio production welcome.

Assists with simple tasks, communicates information, welcomes guests, and helps ministry leaders and team members carry out their responsibilities effectively.

Serves through singing, worship, and musical ministry during outreach events and ministry gatherings. Seeking committed individuals with a heart for worship and vocal or musical gifts.

Helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout ministry events — cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash, and assisting with general cleanup before, during, and after each event.
